Weight Loss With The Diet Solution Program - A Review

The Diet Solution Program is a complete weight loss guide for a diet that won't compromise your health. It was developed by Isabel De Los Rios as result of fifteen years of nutrition research. She was spurred on by her mother's severe diabetes. She herself is a nutrition and exercise expert.
Isabel's successful healthy eating and weight loss program has helped hundreds of people already. The Diet Solution Program is a scientific program that guides you in determining your own individual metabolism type and then helps you to build an individual diet plan and weight loss strategy.
The Diet Solution Program grapples not just the symptoms, but the causes of weight problems. Isabel found a way of defining individual metabolism rate to tailor a nutritional plan for individual needs. This way you can improve your metabolic rate and speed weight loss. And she says it only takes 15 minutes to get started!
Isabel teaches you how to adjust blood sugar levels, blood pressure and cholesterol levels, how to improve your skin and generally become healthier. The book consists of 180 pages divided into 3 parts and 17 chapters. The information is well organised and once you get into it, you'll enjoy the read. There are recipes and tips on what foods and activities to avoid for efficient weight loss.
I like the idea of this program because it's about eating for health, not about starving for weight loss. It has many useful features. There is a quick start guide to get you onto weight loss without wasting time. It guides you into planning your meals according to your own fitness level. It contains information about organic food, dairy products and many nutritious and tasty things. The recipies are tasty, outright delicious, too. The Diet Solution Program explains the importance of water in your daily diet. There is a complete list of shopping as well.
I first encountered the program as an informative video. It told me several things my own nutrition consultant had also told me.
The only disadvantage to the program is that because you really have to change the way you eat, you might find that you need some time to adjust to your new diet. The program is, however, highly recommended. The reason it caught my eye is because it contains many principles that I've heard from nutrition experts I've heard lecturing but which most conventional doctors don't have time to tell you even if they know the stuff. The effort is well worth it!
