There are plenty of workout programs that promise you will get ripped in 90 days, but let's face it - sometimes you don't have 90 days to spare. That last minute wedding, family reunion, or in my case - summer vacation to Vegas!
Can you really see ultimate results in only 30 DAYS? The answer is absolutely - YES! But you have to be ready to work. This isn't a magic pill or overnight fairy godmother wish come true. What is the P90X2 INSANITY THE ASYLUM Hybrid Schedule?
The P90X2 INSANITY THE ASYLUM Hybrid schedule is a combination of two of the most extreme programs in the Beachbody library. Most people are familiar with the original P90X, and who hasn't seen Shaun T's Abs popping across your TV screen during the Insanity infomercial?!
But did you know that both of these world-class trainers created sequels to their best selling workouts? Both programs will have you training like an athlete. Tony Horton takes his world famous P90X exercises to the next level by requiring more balance & core moves during your weight lifting moves. Shaun T incorporates speed, agility and power training from his days as a track athlete that will cause your body to explode with results!
How do I handle doubles in the P90X2 INSANITY THE ASYLUM Hybrid Schedule?
When you look at the PDF schedule you will notice there are days where two workouts are listed. Personally, I split these routines up, which allows for some recovery time during the day. For example: Day 2 lists Asylum Vertical Plyo & Asylum Relief. On that day I would get the more demanding Vertical Plyo routine done in the morning, and use the low-key Relief routine to wind down before dinner in the evenings.
Many of the P90X2 days are combined with the all-new X2 Ab Ripper. Time permitting, you can jump straight into the 15 minute Ab routine immediately following your resistance routine.
It really depends on what works best for your busy schedule.
Which Nutrition Guide do I follow when using the P90X2 INSANITY THE ASYLUM Hybrid Schedule?
This really comes down to personal preference. Both nutrition guides are elite tools. P90X2 offers specific meal plans for vegetarian, vegan and paleo diets, and Insanity the Asylum comes with Shaun T's 14 Day Getting Ripped Diet that you can follow for the full 30 days.
Keep this in mind.
You are attempting to drastically change your body in 30 short days; It is crucial that your nutrition be 100% clean! My normal 'once a week cheat meals' do not apply when following this program!
Whichever nutrition guide you choose to use, follow it to the letter. I highly recommend supplementing Shakeology for one of your meals for ultimate results, and to ensure your body is properly replenished as it endures the next 30 days!
